The room here had a comfortable bed, a big bathroom, air conditioning, and large windows with beautiful views of the sky, plus there were great facilities and the location was perfect in a lovely tree-lined area.

Local food in the restaurant, free breakfast with lovely coffee and less sweet orange juice and yoghurt. Location near to all the Florence attractions with private parking as well as buses 12 and 13 or taxi.

We were offered enjoyable and excellent breakfasts with very nice croissants, yoghurt plus fruit.

the hotel offers breathtaking views of the sky. the location is magnificent and absolutely perfect, with easy access to the bus stop and city center. 3. It is just a 10-minute drive from a cathedral-flanked square.

Within a 20 min walk from the major sites. A bit too much of a walk if do in colder weather ( we went in summer). Great location near a park. Room ac did not work very well, had to open windows. Beds werer remarkably comfortable. Parking was a hassle. Limited space in hotel parking. Tight squeeze parking and had to leave keys with hotel staff.

Well located close to all the city sites. Charming structure and large rooms. Beautiful high painted ceilings. Amazing staff that took great care of our needs. A perfect place. We will return.

The breakfast offered here is fantastic with refreshing orange juice and delicious croissants.

Great quiet location, old school romantic rooms with art deco mirrors throughout hotel. Walking distance to all major sites. Very laid back relaxed staff who were not in your face. Good value for money.

While the shower had flashing LED lights in the nozzle which is quite a novel idea, the bracket that held it was broken which made showering a bit hard. I mentioned this to the staff but it did not get fixed by the second night. This was probably just bad luck for us. Breakfast was average although the staff will make you a good expresso on request which is usually a feature in much more expensive hotels.

Romantic room with beamed ceilings and quiet spot in the roof. Ideally placed in a leafy suberb just 20 minutes walk away from he main attractions. We walked it twice a day,, hand in hand !

Perfect location in close proximity to local monuments

Easy access to bus transportation and commercial centers. Neat and nicely furnished units with balconies and good bathrooms

Although not directly in the City Centre it is still very accessible. Excellent room decor and pretty garden! Very friendly and helpful staff.

I liked to location and bus service into town.

They turn on the heat at scheduled times and our heater was broken our second night.We were alittle cool.

Enjoyed a lovely meal at the restaurant, they served delicious and authentic Italian dishes which were quite appetising! 🍝

This place is fairly clean and pleasant, with pleasant views, an incredible location near Michelangelo's square with a viewpoint, elegant and helpful staff, and convenient onsite parking for your car.

Thank you to Paolo - the hotel is very quaint on a beautiful street. Easy access to buses going to the center and Piazzo Michealangelo.
